I need to replace the driver door on my 2004 Freelander, please could you tell me if a door from a 1999 or 2000 model is a standard size fit, thank you.

there has been 3 part numbers for Freelander 1 door and they all supersede so you should be OK

Are the doors held on 13mm bolts?

M8 but they usually have a 13mm head if that's what you mean.
