That IRD defo looks like it's been on a car for more than 200 miles.
That IRD is not one of ours. To be honest that looks like the usual damaged caused when a tooth has sheared off, it then passes between the gears and forces them apart, cracking the casing.
If anyone has a problem with any of our goods, or anyone elses for that matter, first port of call should be a phone call to us/the sellers and give us a chance to rectify it. We always help our customers, and have even replaced items that have failed free of charge, even when its not actually our problem, just to keep our reputation!!!
