Freelander 2 oil leak

Hi,
Hoping someone could help with an issue I have?
I have a 2009 freelander 2 2.2 diesel, I have an oil leak issue and I've had many parts done but it still remains!

It seems to be dripping off the bottom wher the gearbox meets the transfer box?

I believe its gearbox oil but I'm not sure and only gets worse after it's been drove,

Now I've had many parts changed,
Rear main seal,
Drive shaft seals
Inner gearbox seal
Transfer box seals

But the oil leak still remains,
Hoping someone has had this issue as I'm really struggling to sort it,

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Sorry also I have had a new slave cylinder when had the rear main changed,

What colour is the oil, and if you have had all those seals changed I would want to be taking it back as they have not done the job properly.

Hi,

The oil is like a light brown colour, I cant see it running down anywhere just seems to be on the bottom of the gearbox,
It is now back at the garage but I am not hopeful.

Hi just an update,

Thay have done some work inside the transfer box which seems to have stopped some leaking,
I still have a leak and I will upload a photo but I doesn't seem like its running down from anywhere???

Is the casing of the gearbox cracked?

I did think that but looking at a friends his is exactly the same so I'm guessing not.
