Freelander 2 diesel leak

Bought A free lander 2 2007 It had a diesel leak from one of the injector spilled tubes so I replaced it with a new injector tube kit Which blew to pieces as soon. As I started the car up So I bought an Genuine parts from Land Rover Which hasn’t blown apart but is leaking at the injectors still. Has anybody any ideas thanks

I would suggest that that one injector has an issue, maybe letting high pressure fuel out the spill pipe?

Thankyou I am replacing the o rings tomorrow to see if that is the problem
