Freelander 2 (2013) Which Towbar

I have a 2013 Freelander 2 and want to tow a caravan.
Can anyone recommend what type of Tow Bar to fit.
The car is fitted with reversing sensors so obviously when a caravan is being towed, would the sensors need switching off,
And apparently there are a few types Fixed Flange, Swan Neck & Detachable Swan Neck.
And I live near Kendal and all the local garages seem to have stopped doing it and Inspention in Morecambe/Lancaster have closed down,

Fitting a tow bar is an easy DIY job. Get the LR kit of your choice, and it comes with all the fitting instructions needed.

And the reversing sensors stop working when the caravan is plugged in. Well, mine do.
