Hi Gents,

My air-conditioner blows cold in both passenger and driver sides, even though putting on maximum heat. This happened after many times of battery issues (which is replaced now) and problem was at passenger side first, but now in both sides. The engine temp is normal as before.
This morning I was freezing, so I decided to ask some experts here!

Thanks

Sounds like a faulty /stuck blend motor or flap

Only way to tell for sure is a proper diagnostic session

Motors work on a private comms bus

Thanks a lot. Do you know any mechanics around Solihull?

You need to find someone with a suitable diagnostic device to identify the fault first. I managed to free up the sticking LH blend motor in my D3. However I then had to put my diagnostic tool on it to clear the fault. After that I loaded some upgraded software that I believe cycled the blend flaps every time the engine was started.
