freelander 2.0 xedi turbo removal??

hi everybody don't know if there's already a thread about this but I cant find it..

I have 2.0 xedi freelander with the rover l-series engine and need to remove turbo but the manifold and exhaust bolts are stuck, is there an easy way to get them off without breaking them? help would be very grateful thanks in advance

Used an Impact tool on mine after plus gas over night, Also seen in local garage putting a bit of heat on got them lose
