Freelander 1 TD4 Coolant Leak, Spare Sourcing.

Eventually managed to track a minor coolant leak.
Top radiator hose goes to a plastic connector on the engine block above the starter motor, there is a small diameter pipe which comes out to connect to the metal rail that goes up to the heater.
This connector is dripping at the attachment to the plastic component.
I am struggling to find a part number for this short pipe.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Freelander 1 ? A picture can be helpfull, there are hoses everywhere in the engine bay.

Freelander 1 TD4, 2002 manual.
Can't get to it to get a picture, hidden under the inlet manifold, had to use a mirror to spot the drop forming!

The hose : STC4539.
Also There is plastic part on the top the engine that can leak PEQ100870L
