Freelander 1 2002 1.8K Petrol - Dim lights not working....help :(

I am from Barbados. Recently brought my first freelander. I love the vehicle but recently only my high beams work and not my dim ones. The park lights work and the dash board lights are fine. The bulbs are working fine. Can anyone please help me.
Questions:
Does this freelander have a relay that controls the headlights? as the fuses are fine.
