If no answer from Power Ram then try one of the national call out places, Pirtek, HypeHose, HoseDoctor etc as they will come and fix it on the road side/lay by/services etc,.

Amalgam tape will handle 4 bar. Layer of tape, layer of foil, more tape over.

Needs to be thin so it will wrap tight. I'd suggest the foil like you get in exhaust repair kits.
