Thank you, I’ll do that.Hi Welcome
I didn't know if there really is one, but most people whom join, they introduce themselves first on the link below, then set off asking your questions, say what FL you have FL1 or FL2 etc.

Can't see the point much myself, but some get arsey about it if you don't.
Personally, I think its more important to just be polite and reply to answers and ultimately let people know if you managed to fix your problem and how or you got the info you needed.
There's loads of very knowledgeable people on here who amaze me at how much they know. Hopefully they can help if you are having issues with your Hippo.
Welcome to the forum.
Velcomm to ze Asssylum!!!!Thank you very much, I’m all for doing things properly.
Handbrake replacement. I’ll check if there’s already a thread but my question is going be about the best replacement part to get as I believe original parts are obsolete. What's your first question going to be about your Fl1 do let us know.

You should be aware that gaylanders are for hairdressers and homosexuals.
All gaylander problems can be sorted with a gallon of petrol and a box of matches.
@Hippo is chief gaylanderer and loves to groom new members.
Stanley Sir! is a dirty old pervert.
Don't go into Anything Goes if this post upsets you.
Must show naked images of your Landrover As you drive a Freelander 1 especially with being a hairdresser vehicle.Hi - before I jump in with my query, what is the new member etiquette please? 2006, Freelander 1 owner.
Ahh. Issues.Handbrake replacement. I’ll check if there’s already a thread but my question is going be about the best replacement part to get as I believe original parts are obsolete.
Only the doors falled orf gaylanders. The rest of the Members on here get a bit jealous ‘cos bits don’t fall off of Freelanders.
They have lots of rust on their landies instead, to make up for their small appendages.
Absolutely especially to this guy ^^you can drop the politeness and just have-at-them
When I use mine the brake drum sounds like a woman in Primark when her card is declinedI thought OP was joking when he asked about handbrakes. Did they used to come as standard? Mine came with a couple bricks which seems to work fine. What's all this handbrake "lever" business?
