hi guys & gals
Scanner TF930 for Land Rover. will I be able to stop the milage from flashing with one of these
or will it have to be a nanocom if nanocom is there any body in Oxfordshire that could help me please beer tokens given

I can't say whether or not the iCarSoft TF930 will be of any use to you.
The problem, and you're not the only one who's been mistaken about this particular scanner device is that neither the Disco 1 nor Disco 2 are OBD11 compliant, while the scanner is and will work with LR Discoverys after mid 2004, that is the Disco 3 and later.
All you can do is "suck it and see", but I don't hold out much hope so be prepared to have to find a Nanocom, Hawkeye, Lynx or Testbook.

Yes low battery voltage will cause this problem.
AFAIK Nanocom etc wont reset it.
I had to get it plugged into a Testbook to reset the odometer
Rogers in Bedford did it, cost about £45

from those "features" in 'UTILITY' only the RF test is important, the other functions can only increase the stored mileage so quite useless, for this particular issue the menu is "Settings - TRANSM-LOCK-WARN - Odometer Error warning"

· Odometer Error warning: The BCU can be programmed to show an error if there is a
difference between the odometer values stored in the BCU and the Instrument pack.
Available options are:

× The odometer will not flash if there is an odometer error (DISABLED).
× The odometer will flash if there is an odometer error (ENABLED).
