Flashing dashboard lights

When the temperature outside exceeds 18/19 degrees the dash board lights go crazy flashing and the needles fluctuate, the indicators, electric windows and locking system all fail while they are flashing.
Been to garage, had new computer system installed and a complete new heater panel. Problem is still unresolved. Anyone got any ideas please?

in awe of ur pics mate , would u ever consider doing one of candy and I , including the discovery in the same type of cartoon format Plse , hope that’s not cheeky me asking and of course would cross ur palms with silver , do have a picture on here of candy and I and it would take great place on the wall if u would ever consider it plse
