fl2 tyres!

i'm having issues with replacing the 215 75 r16 tyres required for my freelander2, people want to sell me van tyres! one tyre dealer told me that they were an odd size and they should all be replaced with a slightly lower profile, anyone else had this? I'd rather not put contis on as theyre v expensive, mind you i can,t even get them!

Hi mate 215/75-16 is a van size you should have 205/65-16 on.

Can you get 215/65 r16's on the FL2 or are they too narrow? If so then you could get some Grabber AT2s on which would be highly advisable in this weather and for if you take it on mud (camping hols perhaps).
