FL1 Td4 injector ident req'd.

I'm having trouble with a garage who replaced all 4 injectors with what they claim are new. The engine revs once then goes into limp-mode with the new injectors. I suspect the garage may have got them from a scrapped vehicle.
I'll add the identification numbers from one injector (they're all quite similar) and wonder if anyone might be able to recognise its possible history?
