Looking to get myself a series 3 landy

Has anyone had any problems with fitting them in a garage at all due to height? I have a standard single garage built in the 60's and it's 2m high I thought I would ask the question if anyone has the answer or had a problem

Depends what you're getting.

I can get a truckcab in if it's on 205x16 tyres, but nothing higher

Slightly different but I went in a multi storey car park last week, I double checked the height before I went in but I tell ya there weren't much in it, mm's i reckon. Isnt it odd than when the concrete ceilings are low when you drive you close your eyes and duck in your seat. Is if that helps! :p anyhoo once I was in i had no choice but to keep going and swore every time I turned up the ramp to the next level..." f@*k, f@*k, F@*K!!!"
I had an exam and took the nearest car park as the nerves had taken over...calmed me down loads, NOT!

Anyhow I passed!

Mine fitted in with the original SWB wheels on - however when I drove her out with the LWB wheels and parabolic springs then that was a different matter... had to make some adjustments to the door head and doors (DOH!!!!)

Hahahaha! Superb stories guys! Just wondering how you all faired! I can't wait to get mine but I need to know it fits for insurance reasons. Don't know any other way around it unless I spend on a new garage door opening of I didn't have the garage door would fit fine!

if your garage door is cantilever type you may find you can not shut the door if garage length is tight as it fouls the roof and you will have to reverse in so door clears

I bought a set of rims with no tyres..just goes in. Bit of a ball ache to keep swapping wheels though :)
