Hi guys

Is it a good idea to fit a springy CB arial to a winch bumper

Cheer's for the advise so where is the best place to fit a springy arial on a 90 as i intend to use the 90 for green laning :)

I'd say gutter but why don't you buy a shorter ariel to try and avoid it breaking off all the time, That whats I've done with the D1.

I'm considering fitting mine on the spare wheel carrier (when I finally get one), assuming it is ok performance wise and doesn't bang against the back of the roof. Think it would look good and could run the cable down the carrier and up where the wiring loom enters.

Yeah i have been thinking about something like that aswell, thinking of a bracket that would go round the front of the ( rear door mounted spare ) with a centre high but away from the spare wheel arial mount but not sure yet :)
