Long time reader (on and off when the defender bug flairs up) first time owner and poster!
I've finally taken the plunge and picked up a 2008 110, that used to be an airport runaround/van converted into a station wagon.
It's been quite the journey getting to the final purchase but apart from a few changes and tidy ups (famous last words, i know) its in pretty good nick. I love in North London and saw this particular 110 in Bradford. The 4 hour drive back was a good way to get right into it with motorway miles, and some A and B roads.
It's been pretty well put together, for a defender, and the chassis had been fully galvanised and the body resprayed during its conversion from van to station wagon, which was a big plus for me.
Anyway this is just a little intro and im sure i'll be making many posts and threads to come. Really excited for the adventures ahead but i'll get into that another time.
I'll upload some current and build pics, that the previous owner so kindly documented and put in a little printed album.

totally forgot to mention it has a Khan body kit on it
