they are all the same so wont matter ,things are best left together as surfaces have run in together ,but not essential ,sqeeze each lash adjuster in a vice with a rag over the ends so as not to mark contact surfaces then refit along with followers

i presume you mean the roller followers ?

not sure without seeing them lash adjuster (hydraulic tappet) adjusts gap between valve and cam
