After getting and registering my IDD Tool I did code reading and it came up with following

Using IIDTool BT V4.0 B3998

AAM-Audio Amplifier
B1A03-13 (2F) Speaker 3 circuit - General electrical failure - circuit open
( at 2141416 mi )

  • Test Failed
  • Test Failed This Monitoring Cycle
  • Confirmed
  • Test Failed Since Last Clear
ACM-Audio System
U1A03-62 (2B) Vehicle configuration parameter - Algorithm based failure - signal compare failure
( at 2141416 mi )

  • Test Failed
  • Test Failed This Monitoring Cycle
  • Confirmed
  • Test Failed Since Last Clear
U2003-86 (28) Fibre optic communication bus - Bus signal/message failure - signal is invalid
( at 2141416 mi )

  • Confirmed
  • Test Failed Since Last Clear
ATC-Heat / Cool
0x30 Air quality sensor line fault

CDP-CD Player
U1A03-62 (50) Vehicle configuration parameter - Algorithm based failure - signal compare failure

  • Test Not Completed
  • Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle
ECM-Engine (ME7.2)
0x43E P0000-Multiple misfire fault
0x435 P0000-Misfire detected cylinder 8

FEM-Navigation
B110E-25 (40) Tailgate double locking motor - General signal failure - signal shape/waveform failure
( at 0 mi )
- Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle
B110F-25 (40) Heart beat sensor - General signal failure - signal shape/waveform failure
- Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle
B1110-25 (40) Air suspension delay power - General signal failure - signal shape/waveform failure
- Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle
B1A89-13 (40) Satellite antenna - General electrical failure - circuit open
- Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle
B1D62-87 (40) Sub-module 'B' - Bus signal/message failure - missing a message
- Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle
B1D62-49 (40) Sub-module 'B' - System internal failure - internal electronic failure
- Test Not Completed This Monitoring Cycle

IP-Instrument Pack
0xBD EBV function fault received from ABS ECU

PATS-AntiTheft
0x33 Key 3 - Random code tolerance increased

Before doing ANYTHING, I have couple of questions.

First - which of these codes are 'real'?
Because I was reading that this error - BV function fault received from ABS ECU should be ignored.

Secondly - what the heck with 2141416 mi - 2.1 million! miles? Where this came from?

Thirdly - how do I isolate/figure out what is going on? I also have ALL COMMS III and nothing except these misfire errors show up there:

Over 2million miles and people still swearing these things are unreliable!

I get the speaker errors on mine but they all work, perhaps an impedance /resistance issue with age and wear

What year is the l322? Don't know about the early ones but the latter need the ignition on. Voltage wont be 12.7 at that point
Have a feeling it was 2004/5 from conversations in the past, definitely an early one though. Either way, 12.7 with ignition on is amazing. the 2010> could dream of that!

We also seem to get some weird "faults" but never have any issues.
If its a real fault it will give you a proper code, and you will be having a problem now or soon and they can be tied together.
Most of your list says "incomplete test/failed test/General failure"

The only thing both your readers have in common seems to be a misfire, do you feel you have 1?

Update on this matter - apparently the plug right above the DVD reader where Navigadion DVD is was unplugged. I plugged it back, cleared errors and now only see following ones

ACM-Audio System
  • U1A03-62 (2B) Vehicle configuration parameter - Algorithm based failure - signal compare failure
    ( at 2141416 mi )
    - Test Failed
    - Test Failed This Monitoring Cycle
    - Confirmed
    - Test Failed Since Last Clear
IP-Instrument Pack
  • 0xBD EBV function fault received from ABS ECU
ATC-Heat / Cool
  • 0x30 Air quality sensor line fault

The first one is still strange, with remaining 2.1 millon miles. But what is the above bolded - anyone knows?
The second one should be ignored based on my search.

Which leaves us with the third one. I looked at sensor and it is the one on photo below. I tried to clean it - it was full with small dust type thing on the left intake side, put it back but no changes.

I looked at Ebay on replacement part but not much is coming as a result of a search. Does anyone know what are OEM/aftermaket replacment part numbers?

Semi-stupid question - how do I know I have it? I spent $800 in one shop after they told me that they have 'engine too rich on idle' error and misfiring are caused by mass air flow sensor. Did replace it mas air flow senser and all spark plugs. I see this from time to time but only after starting the engine. If I clean after starting the engine, then drive 30 min and then read it - they don't cime back.

No lights, nothing
Then I would ignore, otherwise you could end up chasing your tail.
My d3 always has a few pointless codes, basically car stores anything it sees, but only lets you know via the dash lamp when it thinks it needs attention.

Quite common on some trucks to have various can errors etc.

If its only on start up and doesn't come up under normal driving I would leave it.
I take it the new MAF sorted the rich on idle fault?

I wonder if its perhaps voltage drop on startup, just a thought. Or just something like a slightly lose/corroded connector.
How good is the battery?

I checked battery this morning after last night driving and it shows 12.75V

If the battery is showing 12.75 volts after standing all night, then you have a faulty battery, or a faulty voltmeter.
12.6 volts would be a perfect battery after standing all night, and I do not see perfect batteries very often, normally they are low 12 volts ie 12.3/4/5.

People think them few percentages do not matter, but it really does.

Update on this matter - bought this item on Ebay
After the replacement - I don't see error on GAP ID Tool any more.
