At the risk of causing a storm, don't bother with waxoyl - use Dinitrol or Bilt Hamber - do a search ( if it's working
And, as above, get yourself some tools .... £140 quid for that job is a bit steep in my book too.

With the water ingress manual your best bet is to print it off, cut it into strips, waterproof PVA the strips and then paper-mache every gap and join you can see.
