Disco 2 Facelift fog lights any one know the origin?

imafter a pair of new front fogs for the disco after finding out they were no longer watertight due to the plastic cracking.. I've just done the fl facelift on same year and I found that the fogs in that are Mondeo facelift @£35 for a pair (yes I know!!) so I recon that the d2 fl will be off something else as well anyone know what tho?? I'm a bit grieved to spend over a hundred sheets!

Hi,

As the glass is marked with the LR logo, I am not sure it is a carry over / partsbin product. Except it may have been later used on a RR iirc.

A pair can be got from bay of flea for £80 odd or so.

One I have is made my Automotive Lighting in Germany.

Or you could always try the chinese supplier.

Dam... I can't believe LR would have had them made themselves... but oh well looks like I'll have to part with a few sheets...

LR did not make them themselves, they bought them in.

Yeah that's what I thought so with their reputation you'd expect them to fit a ford, BMW or other my/rover of the time...
