Has it still got the bullet holes or have they been patched?

I seem to recollect that a shotgun was the murder weapon, the spread of shot would be hard to 'patch up'
I may be missing something here but assuming the story is that some essex crooks were offed in a RR why should anybody care what happened to it afterwards and wonder where it is?
Obviously famous cars like the Minis in the Italian Job or chitty chitty bang bang, I can understand wanting to see or own one of them but wanting to own a car a couple of minor nobody crooks got themselves killed in doesn't seem to be in the same league, and a bit suspect to boot about who the owner would think they were?
I agree entirely.. it’s Morbid. Something much more interesting.... The minis from the Italian Job are owned by a chap near me. He purchased the number plates and then meticulously recreated each mini to the exact original build spec.I may be missing something here but assuming the story is that some essex crooks were offed in a RR why should anybody care what happened to it afterwards and wonder where it is?

Not as far as I am aware, I was under the impression that it was returned to its previous function as a bus. That said, there is often an old Bedford in the film colours accompanying the Minis, whether this also belongs to him or if it is indeed the actual bus, I’m unsure of. I have always longed to vest the old fiat rooftop test track - it’s now a large shopping complex. He doesn't have the VAL coach by any chance ?
Watching the film brought back memories, I passed my PSV test in in 1966 driving one of those ... Duple body as opposed to the Harrington used in the film.
