Hi all,

My Exmoor Trim slimline steering wheel boss adaptor has just arrived in the post.............with no fitting instructions. Appreciate it's a very easy job however, I do have a couple of questions which hopefully someone can help with ?

The kit comes with 6 bolts and two pins, I assume the pins are for the indicator cancelling system, There are two holes on the back of the boss, do they go into the holes. I'm 99% sure they do, but the only way I would be able to get them to fit in the holes would be to give them a good crack with a hammer...........is that the idea, or am I complety wrong.

The second question is around the torque setting for the bolts. On the boss it says 43Nm which I'm guessing is for the main centre nut, is there a recomendation for the 6 smaller steering wheel bolts. I'm concious that the boss is made of aluminium which could be damaged easily.

Better again has anyone got the fitting instructions for a Exmoor Trim slimline Boss - part number EXT900S !

Thanks.

Gently tap pins into the holes the steering wheel torque is 38Nm for standard steering wheel so 43Nm is obviously to suit the Boss. The torque for the 6 bolts would depend on what size and thread they are.
