Exhaust valve mod

I've ordered an electric gate valve for my camper project , I want it loud sometimes, obviously not on motorways ... Ampny body else fitted one ? Anything I should be aware of ?

each to their own..

actually though about fitting one on Ruby..but that would be for the strip only.!!..(..cos exhaust now fitted is too restrictive with full boost and nitros on)

a lot of blinged up trucks have them fitted
16ltrs pulling 44 tone up a drag on full open throttle is awesome

its all to do with the grin factor

I'm glad not everyone's tastes are the same, it might be "sad" but for me I smile ear to ear when it's opened up. It's on and works a treat. I would of gone for a strait through like many others have but I don't want to hear it on long journeys , so for me this is the best of both worlds.

Ebay special , it's a 2 inch electronic exhaust valve , will try and up load a vid on weekend

I wonder what the MOT tester will think next time as they look at the dirty great bypass you've fitted!

Nothing I guess if you have it switched to normal mode at the time?

This one has an exhaust valve mod. All 8 out ns, all 8 out os, or 4 each side.
Fred greenwood and sons top line v8 scania.
Saw it at acklington mart. Cream leather with red piping if memory serves.
Driver wears slippers only in the cab!
