I reckon it would look pretty good on a truck cab coming up next to the rear quarter windows. Not sure about a hard top though. Twin pipes would be good

One of my earliest prepubescent feats of engineering was to make a stack exhaust with a lid for our lawn mower. Sadly it doesn't quite work for single cylinder engines as you need a steady stream of gas to lift the lid. On a single it really does flap up and down.
