exhaust like a tractors on a defender????

hi guys, iv always wanted to have an exhaust on my defender 90 coming up opposite my snorkel on other side of windscreen like a tractor has. i cnt find any one thats done this so was just wondering if any1 knows if its even possible or has seen one before. im hoping to make it myself ....

That'l be nicely positioned to burn a passengers hands when they use it to get in then ...

You could always put it up through the rear tub behind the seats and out through the room.

Would provide a bit extra heating in the winter.

as an experiment - go for a blast up the road for 20 minutes, then climb under yer landy and hold yer palms 2" away from the exhaust just before the first box, hold them there for 5 minutes - when they release you from casualty come back and type up the results

but if you wanna put yer exhaust there feel free to crack on

you could shield it like a motorbike. or lorry. i know longlife are able to make this kinda thing. not my cuppa tea mind

There's a fender round ear with a V8 Perkins in it. He's got 2 tractor silencers (I use the term "silencer" loosely) coming out vertically from the centre of each wing top.
It looks and sounds ace - specially when he floors it and gets 2 plumes of black smoke.
