Hi I am new to this forum and wondered if anyone could help me. I have put down a deposit on an ex MOD landrover 110. I didn't, however, realise just how much hard work it was to get it onto the British roads!
My main problem is trying to get a reasonable insurance quote on a 26 year old landrover with no number plates. and since I can't number plates without valid insurance I am struggling. I am 22, held a full license for 5 years and have 3 years no claims. The best quote (only quote really) I have managed to get for EX mod was from Adrian flux for £737 full comp or £537 third party.
I wondered if anyone could help point me in the direction of other brokers that might be willing to insure this for me as I don't like being forced into insuring with a company that alot of people seem to dislike on these forums simply because I have no choice!
