Evening all

hi all. I'm introducing myself with a question for the masses. I have a beaten up disco 2 that I use as nature intended and it has a few battle scars to make it look better as well. I'm now finding myself pouring money into it, this is out of choice and not necessity as she is lovely and I'm really only making her look better and more practical for my needs.
I have just received a front winch bumper and steering guard and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as to what front springs/ shocks I will require for the added weight/ strain.
It is on rear springs and I'm hoping to not lift it as that will then lead to additional costs that will lead to my wife withdrawing my 'man rights'
