Disco is booked in for an MoT in a few weeks time. Just got a little bit to sort and then I'll let it go through as it is. Can't be much wrong with it :-|

EVERYTHING has been worked on now apart from the bushes and running gear underneath!

Will 285-75-16 fit on my landrover alloy? Or will I need to buy a set of steels?

If your alloys are 16'' which they should be you will be ok. Do a search on here Guy millions of threads regarding this.
You would have enjoyed our weekender,shame you could not make it. May be next one.

Hi Folks sorry to butt in , could any of you point me in the direction of some lanes in and around the Braintree , Dunmow area ?. I drove on a couple with a guy that works with me yesterday , I had a great time and would love to do some more perhaps next weekend. Before anyone asks I have joined GLASS (membership No 4659i) we drove slowly , stopped for horse's and dog walkers and behaved really well if I do say so myself.

Hello mate. There is often days/evenings planned on here. Keep an eye on this thread for another one soon.

We try to limit numbers per group so if there is a lot of interest just usually go in 2 groups.

Guy, I think you may have trouble with that size tyre. Possible but much better to opt for 265.75.16. Less mods and extremely capable on and off road.

And the reason I can keep updated so regular is not because I am a sad git (don't anyone comment,:lol

sitting behind a computer all day, but thanks to the iPhone and 3G.

I am still doing mine, this I can now remember why I went with Picasa now, Photo****it is so slow when uploading and a pain in the arse.

Just about to put some more up now.

I have put them all on, so you can see which one you look best in......

Oh well Spent a day down the w'shop today, got the engine running on the Red ES now and had a few drives round the farm yard and had it sitting running for a while just out side the W'shop, all seems ok with the engine now, a couple of things to do to get it back on the road.... Brian you know that window you broke on it.... it turns out that it was held up with a bit of 2x1 timber, we opened the door then shut it, and it would not shut...... took the door card off and the wood had fallen down trapping the check strap.....one more thing to repair before sale.
