I don't think it was the exhaust. I think it was the massive olives which I'm sure were the wrong ones as they pushed the exhaust too far back and whilst the brackets are a clever design they were bloody fidderly.
However I no longer enjoy engine fumes when driving and its not as tractor like as before. That's a good thing.

But oil still leaking from the oil cooler pipes, so maybe they should have had some tape on the threads

But the sump has remained sealed, the bulkhead is repaired, the doors didn't fall off and the coolant hasn't leaked.

I had a few oil dripping issues, you have to do them nuts up really tight I found, really tight!!

Did you use any tap on the threads or just bloody tight (note to self, go to gym).

I used a bit of PTFE, you can get tape or fluid, I prefer tape, still had to do them really tight though, they have a union (double male thread) on them, see what side its leaking from. If needs be I am going to be at the garage most of saturday so you can always run it up here if needed....

Cheers mate.
I've got the children all weekend so garage might have to be out.

If it needs some PTFE then I guess that will be another oil change :(

Shouldn't need an oil change. You will only loose a little out of the cooler, most will stay in the sump. If its the top cooler hose them maybe not much at all.

Nick BAck the connectors out clean up warp the PTFE tape round really tight, right up to the thread going in, and then do up... the tape will be pulled in.. it may do the job, but as said before you will not lose much oil.

I'd just do it quickly - not much as said would be lost. You can do it when you return my light. Will take a few seconds but bring a bit more oil with you as some will be lost.
