yeah i had a very good day. really enjoyed myself though i was getting pressure from home as i had said i'd be home by about 1pm and she was looking after our daughter with a bad rash.

well i'm riding in wales this weekend and i still need to take the wife out sometime. i do tend to work a couple of sats a month so will have to check diary. It'll giive gooner a bit of time to fiix his diiff. Want to get ut soon though, was even thinking about an evening stealth session

And the power steering was dying on its arse!Maybe time to spend a bit of time under the old girl.Service and mot prep tpo do also,Engines still sweet as, but losing water-thats gotta be core plugs.Maybe time to get a 300tdi disco!

i did see mention of thetford lanes... i forgot to show you that i aquired a very nice laminated route of lanes around thetford put together by Essex Land Rover Club. there are still plenty more lanes to do round this way though.
Saturdays run did our diisco some good, it even got my temp guage working which i hadn't seen much movement out of till then.

Most of my laning has been evening trips, mostly due to work commitments. Should be nicer in the summer.

When we did the Thetford ones on Saturday night they are supposed to be in the top 20 lanes in the country for scenery....

Its a pity we couldn't see bugger all of it....
