Bloody cars. Rachael's 307 wouldn't start.
Got the RAC out and they reckon new battery (it is 9 years old) and also commented about a water leak which they think is the HG or engine plug.

Hate that car with a passion, but we're stuck with it for a bit longer yet.

Ha ha, the wife's French euro box now has a Landy battery (took a little persuading, but it kinda fits), I'll get her in a Landy bit by bit.

If anyone wants a copy of all of the photos / clips (I downloaded most peoples onto my laptop) then PM me and I'll burn them onto DVD's

Just to show end result, flexi to the airbox:

And a large P-clip holding it to the A-Pillar and a smily Mike

And covering the end stalls it. so job done !

You already know my opinion on French cars but 9 years from a battery is pretty good, do the windows still workroperly tho, French cars have a habit of losing the windows with new batteries!

Will have to check that, but the CD player started working (first time in years).
Would like to replace it with an S Max, but not just yet.

Called my supplier this morning, these cost me 44.34 each, will work out £5 cheaper through me but then they will be down in colchester. If its just the 2 I would say get online, if you want a few more or if anyone else wants any for a group buy then I might be able to get a few more ££ off...
