What about tent waterproofing just paint it on, paint should not bleed through that.

How and what would i seal it with?
question,
been working through my air system, sealing it all up from the snorkel to the turbo and replaced most of the old piping with new silicone hose etc.
What about my turbo-intercooler piping? Now, by my reckoning, althought it would be nice to replace, its not a necessity, as at this point the air is being blown rather than drawn and as it is at a greater pressure than atmosphere is would be trying to escape down the pressure gradient leading me to believe that air would be trying to escape out through any splits/holes in the pipework and therefore in itself would stop water being ingressed.
correct? or am i barking up the wrong tree....
done some laning on sunday and after stumbling around a bit bumped into some other guys who showed us a lane that passed under the a120 at great dunmow, didnt see it on the os maps. would miss it unless you know its there, so got me thinking to how many more ive missed, so does anyome know a website that highlights the lanes and fords on a map so they can be copied down. ta
Do you mean paint the whole canvas with that and then apply stencil and paint through gaps? Do they resist oil based paints?
i was going to answer no **** sherlock, but did'nt want to appear ungrateful.
Just picked up starter and alternator after being reconned, £140 the pair cheaper than keep buying new. the fella said they don't like water and crap getting in them. I was going to answer no **** Sherlock, but did'nt want to appear ungrateful.
Also the starter should have a rubber breather pipe on, any idea where i can get one.
What sort of size is it, as the Breather tube might fit, or get some of that fish tank air pipe from b&q and try that, or I could look to see if there is any kicking around on the breaker we have.........let me know the size mate
does any one know the location of violets lane been down it before but cant remember where it is just know its close to m11 above bishops stortford. gets a lot of water for a mile or so
Fernaux pelham. Google is all it's cracked up to be.
Went there today with Guy Brian and Dan, still only a few puddles here and there....need more rain!!
as its on the landy i am assuming it has to be water proof anyway. try it first on a scrap of canvas and see.
