Happy days and massive thanks to Stu for cutting out my rust and Matt for welding in some fresh metal. Cheers guys.

Good news there Nick, now yours is through, you can get your hands dirty with ours........

So the list to do before Wales on my Landy....

Fit front bumper and steering guard.
Sort a matching set of wheel nuts.
Weld last part of inner rear quarter panel.
Weld in boot floor lip.
Paint all round rear end.
Replace A frame joint.
Final fit rear brake line.
Fit boot floor cross members.
Rivet boot floor in.
Fit drop brackets for front brake lines (to make +2").
Replace and tighten all body mount bolts with m10 bolts.
Sort coolant mix for winter.
Refit interior.
Refit rear sets and dog guard.
Refit snorkel and breather pipes.
Finish making, paint and fit rear bumper.
Finish making tree sliders.
Make tank guard, paint and fit.
Replace centre box with straight through section.
Fit new speakers front and rear.

That is everything I can think of :D

Sort out my rear cross meber/bumper where the doors rubbing.
Replace Battery
Gearboxs Breathers
Would LIke new indicator and side repeator
Would like sliders
Would like tank Guard
Would like Replacement center box
Would like to Get Electics sorted
Would like to do dual Alternator
Would like to do nderson connectors
Prob loads of would like to's before wales, but hey not all essental for Wales

Driving to Wales. Could maybe get one more in at a push but you'll be on an air bed like me ;)

I'll just chuck them back in the at moment but my aim is to come up with some sort of quick release system like on some of the new people carriers so they can be whipped out in a few seconds. That way I'll be able to use it for my daily tasks as a van but if we have an open day or public rides with SLROC, I can fit the seats in a jiffy ;)

Well done Nick.

I've just purchased a set of gauges for the oil pressure, battery and boost. These tend to br the things to worry about with regards to reliability so will be fitting them this weekend.

Brian, I've already got a set of gauges to go into mine but haven't fitted them yet as I was stumped on where to put them....... where are you putting yours?

I am going to buy a 3 way gauge pod off eBay and mount them on the dash by the airbag.

I already have a poorly installed boost gauge screwed there with boost pipe and switched live so most of the work is done.

I just need to feed the oil switch wiring through somehow.

More the merrier as far as I'm concerned (will make it a little cheaper for all as well :D )
But if you are coming the sleeping arrangements will need sorting.
All the history with who is sleeping where has been lost when the server went down.
I'm already top un tailing, so who can remember whose sleeping where?

I think its about time we organised a maintenance day?
Thinking about changing the oil and filter in the autobox + getting some of my winter gadgets working (heated seats, screen, radio).
