Got the weird noise sorted, was the new tensioner i put on a couple of months back.
if i can make it sunday will phone either stu or brian for directions if thats ok
my leccy windows started not working tonite, hoping it's just a fuse, annoying really as i need to open the windows because the heater works so good i have to let some cool air in.
I tried to do the P gasket myself yesterday and got stuck. So put it back together and took it to the local 4X4 specialist who just about had time to complete it.
Just been down to the tip (3 mile round trip) and its leaking faster than before. Already lost all coolant from top hoses
Can't drive all the way to Sudbury so looks like I won't be there.
But back to the garage on Monday.
I'll do what i can tomorrow on the drive, fluids etc and the tappits, handbrake adj will have to wait.

I am still up for it, if its still happening, If not I'll see if I can catch up with Nick and pop round there, thats if you dont mind nick.
I'll be here from lunch onwards, taking the little ones for a bike ride.
Just realised that I wont be able to do the transfer box oils or diff oils tomorrow, as I need to get them warm first, something I cannot do with the engine:doh::doh::doh:
Hoping to get the breather kit fitted and the de-cat completed.
Some good news tho.... lol
My littleones have just brought me a Hilift Extreme Jack and a Jack Mate for me B'day yesterday.........
