So these are 9cm circumference ropes, 15 feet long or so?

For £1 each?!?

Presumably they are open ended (i.e. no eye in the end), right? just bare rope each end...

Yep, you can splice them yourself (search for videos if you don't know how). I am getting them for £1 each plus p&p thanks to CharlesY so I will do some maths and work out the cost for each one (will be something between 1.20 and 1.50 each). I am doing this just for the benefit of other LZ users and also makes for a lower price per rope postage cost. I go greenlaning with the herts lot so I'm taking some orders from them and thought you guys would like some too. Maybe we could fix a time to go laning and I can hand them over then or if one of you wants to collect the lot for all the essex landyzoners you are welcome to.

Jack

Changed the Passanger front wheel bearing today as the new one was a bit noisy like the pads sticking on and a rumble as well, there was play at 12 and 6 on the wheel, thats now gone and the rumble is no longer there, but i still got that rubing sound any Ideas suggestions Guys?

After a chequer plate kit for bottoms of doors, rear and front quarters. If anyone knows of where they can be found for little £££ that'll be great.

To fit them, does the rubbing strips have to come off? (Hopefully they do as mine are all bent up and filled with sand behind).

I live nr Stanford, and just got a freelander. I know it's not a disco or a range but am well up for a bit off green laning. Also I was reading bait near the front of these posts that some of you have cb.
I know a bit about this had a fue in my time si could help out if needed.

Spent the weekend in the Midlands (wedding :( )and on route back we stopped at a national trust attraction in Cambs.

Seemed to be lots of byway signs nearby.
Just checked the maps and confirmed loads, no idea if they are TRO'd, if they are not then Jack you are a lucky bugger.

I love then Fens, would make a good day out sometime?
Just checked google routes and its about an hour from Colchester, Braintree, bit less from Ipswich.

We need to make it a summer roadtrip for a few days :D

I knew there is some there but it is too far to go "just" to do a few lanes. If we were to go as a group and do a bit of the old tenting overnight, it'll be a laugh.
