Think I saw the disco in the picture today in enfield. Has it got a tiger print cover over the spare wheel

Only met him the once for that laning session so dont really know.

I dont really take in the bits and pieces on any of the Rover models out there.

I'm a Hilux buff I'm afraid.
If it was a Hilux in front of me that day I would have been able to tell you where the mud stains were.:p :p :p

Had a great day, look forward to the next one. Hope to have more rain next time ( don't forget the snorkel ). There is a couple more fords we can do.

Ow do folks...... another newbie I am. Live in Shoeburymess (sic) and I be interested when (and where) you Essex boys are gonna be out and about again, wouldn't mind tagging along if it ain't imposing....... all t'best, Ethan.

(the old foulness road on the mudflats controled by the MOD as its on the live fire range) what landy you running?

Back to lanes, found the Foulness one last night on OS map so gonna head that way when time permits. By the way, i'm gonna make up some jackable sils don't suppose you know what points are best to attach 'em? Regards, Ethan.

No point being at the back, cos every one gets in your way !
I'm surprised hilux got to the other end, with all that bobbing about on the top of the water !
Did you get your exhaust done in the end G man. I'm thinking of making a pipe with no boxes on it, now all i need is the pipe and the time.

Got the bits for my snorkle now.
Just got to wait for the bloomin rain to stop to fit the thing.
With the amount of rain today the fords will be flooded.

Have seen a couple of fords on Youtube, nearby, that look good.

Little baddow, Terling & Puckeridge.

Next meet lets go fording.

:D :D :D

you must have seen my little baddow ford vid (deep fording in essex) i coulda got rounddown violets lane, how do you think i went from last in line to second?
as for jakable sils i think they normaly attach to the tubular outrigger and the bulkhead outrigger

Just caught the Baddow ford vid, top stuff!....... looks like fun that one! as i say, next time any of you luverly folks be out n' about, i'll tag along. Take it easy. E.;)

that ford was 3 feeet deep when that vid was taken, i have driven it at 4 feet but got a wet arse lol the normal depth it just over a foot deep, and about 30 yards long when its 4 foot deep it is about 70 yards long and up level witht the bridge on the right hand side

Hey we drove violets lane last weekend and it was a little disappointing. Some work seems to be going on to the side.. wondering whether if it providing extra drainage. Went to Standon afterward... now that was a different story... challenge getting into the water with a muddy drop and I wouldn't have driven it without a snorkel!
