errm, speedo cable

hi, while trying to replace the speedo cable on my s2a i managed somehow to lose the bolts that hold the plate which sits between the cable outer and gearbox. does anyone know the dimensions of these bolts?

Also do i need a numberplate light and reversing light to pass an MOT?
I have heard that you dont if the car origionally never came with them as standard but am not 100%

Sorry don't know about the bolts! You definitely do not need a reversing lamp to pass an MOT. Pretty sure a number plate lamp is an obligatory lamp, so you will need one for the test.
