engine rebuild help

hi all, first time working on an engine this in depth, im more of a panel beater than i am a mechanic, but here it goes! i think i took the fuel pump out too soon? or shouldnt of at all? i was just planning on doing head gasket, timing belt, as many gaskets and seals that i can. clean the block up and possibly paint the block.

i would keep dismantling having gone so far!

Would have been a lot easier to undo the crank bolt if you had left the flywheel on surely?

Wouldn't take much to sit the fly wheel back in tho? My mates gonna help me do the timing belt over the next Weekend
