OK chaps, it turns out there are many beautiful and kindly sorts in here
I have spoken with one of our esteemed members who is happy for me to use his workshop and is going to endeavour to fetch the Rover through a friend of his and get it to his place. I rock up, drink beer and speak shite for an hour, then panic at the job ahead But seriously, having a ramp will make all the difference in the world
So we're on the move to getting my car back running and I am somewhat excited about a trip to a foreign land

How did you know, been papering the ceiling in the hall today,she wasn't happy with the paint finish.halfway there,hopefully finish tomorrow. Used to like doing them but I've realized my limitations now.Fixed that for you

I've never actually seen, let alone tasted a deep fried Mars bar
It was an Italian chip shop owner in Glasgow who apparently came up with the idea, so technically not a Scottish delicacy
I could bring down some Irn Bru though
Looks like it's going to be the weekend starting Friday 28th. Unless corona puts a clamper on it
That gives me time to sort out the Smart car (needs a steering rack) and take wife's car with me as it does an insane mpg.
