Well done , now you have the old one you should have a go dissembling and cleaning up
I bought a ultrasonic cleaner which cleaned my 200tdi injectors nicely

Thanks Steve. Yes I will try to dismantle and clean but I want to check the spray pattern on the tester before I clean everything up. The main thing is that the engine sounds much better. On now to the next issue ..........

I just left mine in a jam jar full of carb cleaner for a week.
