Workin on the car as we speak, 2.5 DSE, replacing alternator

Alternator is back in place, yet for some reason, there's way too much belt.

WTF is going on here???

Anyone care to offer phone support, as we've now lost dayliight and are working by torch.

Dont forget if you have air con, there will be a second beltthat goes up to the AC Compressor

not really scared of the boogie man... need help getting the alternator back on.
 
did you miss the auto belt tensioning pulley?

easily done....good you got it sorted..time for a beer.
