Workin on the car as we speak, 2.5 DSE, replacing alternator

Alternator is back in place, yet for some reason, there's way too much belt.

WTF is going on here???

Anyone care to offer phone support, as we've now lost dayliight and are working by torch.

I guess the image did help. Those 2.5 diesels are a tad complex with those belts.

did you miss the auto belt tensioning pulley?
