Electrical Gremlins L/ Rear Tail / Number Plate / Central Locking

Help ! No l/h tail, number plate or fog light. Fuse was blown replaced. No change checked all fuses and relays. Brakes lights, all indicators, front lights fine. Right hand tail light fine. Interior lights all disconnected as they were laying up ages ago. Tried a different fuse box that I had lying around no change. Noticed a few things which may be meaningless or may not ! Radio not working but comes on when light stalk turned to switch lights on. The light stalk also switches on rear r/h fog light and switch (when switch goes on won’t go back off). Checked trailer hitch and replaced. I’m kind of thinking light stalk or bcu. Almost certainly water damage from leaking sunroof. Aside change stalk do these symptoms stand out to anyone on any circuit etc ?

Maybe if you tell what modell of disco it's about but if i guessed well and it's D2 start by replacing the interior fusebox
