Had a look and cant see owt.....
Got a mate with a D2 TD5 Auto with the following probs.


Interior lights not working. Fuse & bulbs ok.
Door locks not unlocking, except for os rear door.


Any ideas?
 
Hi, the interior lights are not working at all or they are working at least from the switch but not as courtesy lights on door opening or locking?.

about the locks...if all are locking just not unlocking it seems they(the actuators) all failed at the same time, as the rear doors and the tail door are all on the same circuit only the driver's door on other... tell him to put his ear or even better a stethoscope on the door where the actuator is and listen if there's any activity on unlock command

Interior lights dont work either way.

The door locks all originally worked and over a period of time each has failed one way or another except rear offside which still works. I think back door would work and is mechanical not electrical.
 
so for the locks it's crystal ... they all need to be replaced, i hope i didnt misunderstood and when you say interior lights you mean only those on the roof do you? ...i hope so

for those lights the most common is corrosion/bad contact in C0484(attached), in this case as they dont work at all check pin 13( purple wire) to have live both sides ...if no joy we'll speak then
