The battery has been tested and charging is good still get start the engine or the system will shutdown in 3 minutes could it be that I had the battery disconnected
Have both batteries been tested - correctly, and does the autostop work correctly?
A lot of batteries are tested incorrectly as the tester 'cant be bothered' to input the correct battery details to validate the test result. Chemistry, Ah rating, CCA or DIN capacity, temperature are the main variables that can change the result from a pass to a fail or vice-versa.

The auto stop is intermittent not worked for some time and some times boot wont open unless manually , didn't know it has two batteries?

Both those events point to a discharged or defective battery, both need testing correctly and if replaced, the BMS will need resetting.

Oh, right - back to the brake faults, well you'd have to ask them what the 'different faults' that were displayed are, it's all a bit wishy-washy and manages to use a lot of words to say precisely nothing, other than they've spent a fair bit of your money.
The system used isn't unique to L550's, it's used on a lot of later JLR, Ford, PSA & Volvo products with similar systems used by VWG, M-B, etc. so it shouldn't be a challenge to get right. To be honest, the ABS block being changed reads as pure 'parts darts' as an internet post-mortem from your description and what passes for an invoice.
Thanks very much for all your help it's good to chat to someone who knows what they are talking about, l just would like to tell them that some things wrong with there soft ware and I not happy to pay for what is there errors
Thanks again 👍
