Eka Code Not Accepted.

hi guys,

the problem returns. it happened about 6 weeks ago but corrected itself then, but now it wont.

its frozen me out. its superlocked via fob, and wont let me in again.

when i press the fob, nothing happens. i can unlock only the drivers door and the boot with the key, but the alarm goes off on opening the door, and it stays immobilised.

when i do the 4 anti clockwise turns to begin the eka process, it ignores it. no flashing lights or indicators, nothing.

when i put the code in, still nothing, again, no flashing lights as it should.

ive tried disconnecting my earth lead for several hours, reconnecting, waited for the key code lockout message to go, but it still does the exact same thing.

its a 2000 vogue buy the way. before i get it picked up and subsequently ripped off, has anybody got any ideas? i have tried every comination possible.

i had a lot of problems with my code as well, got there eventually

make sure you set all the windows and sunroof, after the fourth turn it sould lock the doors and start the sequence

probably best to wait for gavbriggs for this one, he's a bit of an expert on it !

tried all that mate, it just wont start sequence after 4th turn. gavbriggs helped me out last time, we got it sorted then, but i dont really know how we did it.

i've read a lot about the rf receiver in the boot needing upgrading, could this be it? it dosent seem to suffer from a flat battery though.
