EGRrrrr removal

From my own experience of doing this take out the whole ERG and put a blanking plate on the manifold and new hose from intercooler to inlet manifold.You can get a complete kit on Ebay-plate ,new gasket and hose.
Worked for me and looks good too.

Thanks Pauli that just about the whole issue of egr removal on a 300tdi - get rid of the bloody thing and if at some point the beaurocrats decide OMG there are people removing them SOMETHING MUST BE DONE, it'll be to late cos we can all argue that someone else did it yer onour

Oh forgot to add-did all the track rod and drag link ball ends
They were reaaaaaly hard to get off
