I had a great ride out and met some very nice new people, some very tricky terrain but very satisfying :)

No piccies as the memory card was corrupted in the camera :(

But there are a few vids on the camcorder, vids to follow.

:p More..... we want more pix! :D
Glad you had a good run; I did wonder how it would be underfoot as it's been peeing down on the coast from about midday on; doesn't look too wet in the pictures.

Well boys, I had a riot ! :D

Good to catch up with Ed and Richard again, and good to meet some new faces too. Davey, Steve, Nigel, John and of course James who I owe a huge thanks to for letting me passenger with him. Loved the day, superb !

Hero of the day ?

James' Navara ! A standard LWB crewcab truck that went everywhere and did everything the Defenders and Disco's did ! Mud, water a metre deep at one stage (James just said 'let's do it's, stamped on the loud pedal and off we went !) and it even managed to get up the foot high concrete 'step' on the last run - a true superstar ! Anyone tells you Navara's are no good off road are wrong - and there's video to prove (once I work out how to get it online )

Fantastic day out, and superb company - roll on the next one ! :D

Anyone know the story behind those 2 small bridges we drive under?

Was a great day, the Navara was definitely the star of the show, I was well impressed with what it did. Bog standard to!

Yep couple of tricky bits, I was convinced I was going to bust a half shaft on the ‘step’ but didn’t. The wades were cool aswell.

I had a lucky escape, just got home and went to pull the bung I use to seal the drain point on the air box and it’s fallen out, so my air box wasn’t sealed at all!!!

Likewise cheers for a great day out guys, just got in now, James and I did one more cheeky lane on the way back to the A27, +1 for the navara being the hero of the day (ironic on a land rover expedition eh!)
Looking forward to the next one, am happy to plan a route again or if anyone else wants a turn I'm happy to follow along too! Pics and videos to follow when Sam sends them to me.
Lane of the day: That sandy one across Frensham Common with the deep hole full of water- think it' called sandy lane.
