Hi...2000 P38 vogue....compressor not engaging and height stuck at lode level system trying to adjust to normal ....lights flashing on dash as they should.....however no fault codes on dash ...no beeps....checked the obvious fuses relays ......any suggestions

Is the relay engaging ?
Is the pressure switch open or closed ?
Could be the thermal switch inside the compressor.
Diagnostics ?

As above ^^^^^. However, no fault codes on the dash does not mean there is not a fault logged and a hard fault will stop the compressor from running. Needs diagnostics.
